We share it only where needed to operate the service, support customers, comply with law, or protect the platform.Third-party AI providersEdrak supports access to selected third-party AI providers.Where a customer chooses to use those providers through Edrak:

    • Edrak does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions, to the extent permitted by law

Data residency and international transfersUnless otherwise agreed, Edrak's default hosting position is Saudi Arabia, subject to operational availability.Depending on the services used and the configuration selected, personal data may also be processed in other jurisdictions, including where necessary to support hosting, support operations, or selected third-party AI providers.Where relevant, Edrak seeks to apply contractual, technical, or organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the transfer and the applicable legal requirements.

    • your organization may control your access to the platform
    • your organization may configure workspace settings, retention choices, and administrative controls
    • Edrak may process relevant data under that organization's instructions and contractual arrangement
    • your organization may be responsible for responding to certain privacy requests relating to business data processed on its behalf
