It is designed to protect customers, users, third parties, and the integrity of the platform itself.This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Enterprise Terms, where applicable.
The basic ruleUse Edrak lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that does not harm others or undermine the platform.If a use case creates legal risk, security risk, operational abuse, or clear potential for harm, it is likely not allowed.
You may not use Edrak to break the law or violate rightsYou may not use Edrak to:
violate any applicable law or regulation
infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights
engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation
support illegal trade, unlawful services, or prohibited transactions
violate sanctions, export controls, or other jurisdictional restrictions
You may not use Edrak to harm peopleYou may not use Edrak to generate, facilitate, or support content or activity involving:
threats, intimidation, harassment, or defamation
violence or promotion of violent wrongdoing
sexual exploitation or non-consensual sexual content
stalking, targeted abuse, or malicious manipulation
self-harm promotion or other clearly harmful conduct
hateful or discriminatory abuse directed at protected groups
You may not use Edrak for cyber abuse or security violationsYou may not use Edrak to:
create, facilitate, or distribute malware
conduct phishing, credential theft, or social engineering
perform unauthorized surveillance or intrusion
exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to systems
interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the platform
conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or other security testing of Edrak without prior written authorization
You may not bypass safeguards or platform controlsYou may not:
attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform safeguards
manipulate prompts, workflows, or system behavior to evade restrictions
engage in jailbreaking, prompt injection, or similar techniques intended to produce prohibited or harmful outputs
circumvent account restrictions, suspensions, or bans
create fake, misleading, or unauthorized accounts
You may not misuse the platform commerciallyYou may not, unless Edrak expressly authorizes it in writing:
resell access to the platform
sublicense or provide unauthorized third-party access
make your account available to anyone who is not an authorized user
use Edrak to operate an unapproved third-party service
scrape, extract, or systematically harvest platform content or outputs at scale in an abusive way
You may not use Edrak to build competing AI systemsYou may not use Edrak, or any inputs or outputs obtained through Edrak, to:
train, fine-tune, validate, or benchmark competing AI or machine learning systems
replicate model behavior for competitive development
reverse engineer the platform, underlying systems, model behavior, or technical architecture, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
extract datasets or structured outputs for the purpose of building competing services
You may not rely on outputs irresponsiblyEdrak is a tool. It does not remove the need for human judgment.You may not use Edrak in a way that treats AI-generated output as automatically correct or as a substitute for required human review in high-impact situations.That includes using outputs without appropriate review in contexts such as:
legal advice or legal determinations
regulatory or compliance sign-off
financial approvals or investment decisions
employment or disciplinary decisions
safety-critical or operationally sensitive actions
Enterprise users remain responsible for internal governanceIf you use Edrak through an organization, you are also expected to follow your organization's internal policies, approval requirements, and restrictions.Edrak provides infrastructure and controls, but customers remain responsible for defining how AI should be used within their own environments.
Monitoring and enforcementEdrak may monitor usage for security, integrity, compliance, and abuse-prevention purposes.Where Edrak reasonably believes this policy has been violated, or where use creates security, legal, or operational risk, Edrak may take action, including:
reviewing the relevant activity
restricting or suspending access
removing or blocking content
terminating access
reporting conduct where required by law or where necessary to protect the platform, customers, or others

Changes to this policyEdrak may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, product functionality, abuse patterns, or security needs.When Edrak does, it will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
