Responsible AI
AI should be useful, controlled, and used with judgment.
Edrak is designed to help organizations use AI responsibly in real business environments. That means giving customers access to powerful models through a governed platform, while maintaining safeguards, visibility, and clear accountability for how AI is used.
Responsible AI at a glance
Governed access
Edrak provides a controlled environment for accessing AI models, rather than unmanaged use across disconnected tools.
Safeguards against misuse
Edrak applies platform safeguards and usage restrictions designed to reduce abuse, security risks, and harmful uses.
Human accountability
Customers remain responsible for how they use the platform, how they review outputs, and how AI is applied in consequential decisions.
Clear limits
AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They should be reviewed before being relied on.
Enterprise oversight
Edrak gives organizations administrative visibility and controls to support internal governance, policy enforcement, and responsible deployment.
Our approach
Responsible AI at Edrak is grounded in a practical principle: AI should support human work, not replace human judgment where judgment matters.
We design the platform to help organizations use AI in a way that is:
Useful
AI should deliver real value in workflows where speed, scale, and productivity matter.
Controlled
Use of AI should take place within a managed environment with visibility, permissions, and operational safeguards.
Reviewable
Outputs should be capable of being reviewed, challenged, and validated by the people using them.
Accountable
Organizations and users remain responsible for the decisions they make, including decisions informed by AI outputs.
What responsible use means in practice
Edrak is built to support responsible enterprise use of AI, not unrestricted experimentation without oversight.
In practice, that means:
- Access to AI takes place through a governed platform layer
- Organizations can manage users, permissions, and workspace activity
- Safeguards are in place to help prevent misuse or abuse
- Customers are expected to review outputs before relying on them
- High-impact uses require human judgment and appropriate internal controls
Output limitations and human review
AI systems can produce useful outputs quickly, but they can also produce errors.
Outputs may be:
- Incomplete
- Inaccurate
- Misleading
- Out of date
- Unsuitable for a specific operational, legal, financial, or regulatory use case
For that reason, Edrak expects customers and users to apply human review before relying on outputs in high-impact contexts.
Customers should not treat AI-generated content as a substitute for professional judgment, legal review, compliance review, financial sign-off, or other required decision-making processes.
Safeguards and platform integrity
Edrak applies safeguards designed to support responsible use and protect platform integrity.
These may include:
- Access controls and permission structures
- Monitoring for misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity
- Restrictions on attempts to bypass safeguards
- Restrictions on harmful or prohibited use cases
- Enforcement actions where needed to protect customers, the platform, or legal compliance
Users may not use Edrak to facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, social engineering, or other harmful conduct. Users also may not attempt to bypass platform safeguards, manipulate the system through jailbreaking or prompt injection, or use the platform to build competing AI systems without authorization.
