Terms of Use

Effective date: 08 January 2026These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Edrak's websites, applications, platform, and related services made available to individual users and general users of the platform, unless a separate enterprise agreement applies.If you use Edrak on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes that entity.If you are using Edrak under a separate enterprise agreement, order form, master services agreement, or other written commercial agreement, that agreement will govern to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.
  1. Who we areEdrak is a software platform that enables users to access and interact with supported AI models and related tools through a unified, controlled environment.
  2. Acceptance of these TermsBy accessing or using Edrak, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies or additional terms referenced in them.These Terms should be read together with our:
    • Privacy Policy
    • Cookie Policy
    • Acceptable Use Policy
    • Enterprise Terms, where applicable
    If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Edrak.
  3. Eligibility and account accessYou must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the services.You are responsible for:
    • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
    • all activities that occur under your account
    • ensuring that your use of Edrak complies with applicable law and these Terms
    You must notify Edrak promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.Edrak may suspend or restrict access where it reasonably believes an account is being used in violation of these Terms, for security reasons, or to protect the platform or other users.
  4. Use of the servicesSubject to your compliance with these Terms, Edrak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the services for lawful internal purposes.You may use Edrak only in accordance with:
    • these Terms
    • our Acceptable Use Policy
    • applicable laws and regulations
    • any service-specific instructions or restrictions we provide
  5. What you may not doYou may not use Edrak for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.You may not, and may not permit others to:
    • misuse the platform or attempt to bypass its safeguards
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, or platform architecture, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law
    • use the services to develop or train competing AI models or services without written authorization
    • facilitate malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, social engineering, or other abusive conduct
    • use the platform in violation of sanctions, export controls, or applicable restrictions
    • interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the services
    • conduct unauthorized security testing, penetration testing, or scanning of the platform

  6. Input and outputYou may provide prompts, files, inputs, data, and other content through the services ("Input"). The services may generate responses, summaries, recommendations, analyses, or other content ("Output").As between you and Edrak, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights:
    • you retain ownership of your Input
    • Edrak does not claim ownership over your Input
    • you own your Output generated through the services
    You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your Input to the services.You are also responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it.
  7. Important note about AI-generated outputAI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.You must not rely on Output as the sole basis for legal, regulatory, financial, medical, employment, compliance, or other high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.Edrak is a tool. Responsibility for how you use Input and Output remains with you.
  8. Third-party AI providers and servicesEdrak may enable access to third-party AI providers and integrations.Where you choose to use those services:
    • Edrak may transmit relevant data to the selected provider only to deliver the requested functionality
    • those providers may be subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limitations
    • Edrak does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability, or performance, to the extent permitted by law
    Your use of third-party services through Edrak may be subject to additional terms.
  9. Fees and billingSome services may be provided on a paid subscription or usage basis.If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges as described at the time of purchase or in an applicable order form.Unless otherwise stated:
    • fees are billed in advance
    • fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise
    • failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
  10. Changes to the servicesEdrak may modify, update, add, or remove features from the services from time to time.Edrak may also suspend or discontinue part of the services where necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.Where required, Edrak will provide notice in accordance with applicable law or its contractual commitments.
  11. Beta, preview, and early access featuresEdrak may make beta, preview, trial, or early access features available from time to time.These features are offered on an "as is" basis, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms.
  12. Intellectual propertyEdrak and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the services, software, documentation, workflows, interfaces, branding, and related intellectual property, excluding your Input and Output to the extent expressly stated in these Terms.Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
  13. Privacy and data handlingOur Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and service-related information.Where Edrak processes customer data in connection with business or enterprise services, that processing may also be governed by separate contractual terms, including enterprise agreements or data processing terms.
  14. Suspension and terminationEdrak may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the services if:
    • you violate these Terms or our policies
    • your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
    • Edrak is required to do so by law
    • applicable fees remain unpaid
    You may stop using the services at any time.Termination or suspension does not relieve you of obligations accrued before the effective date of termination, including payment obligations where applicable.
  15. DisclaimersThe services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.Edrak does not guarantee that:
    • the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
    • Output will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for your intended purpose
    • all defects or issues will be corrected
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edrak disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
  16. Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Edrak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data.Edrak will not be liable for:
    • your use of or reliance on Output
    • decisions or actions taken based on Output
    • third-party services, models, or integrations not controlled by Edrak
    • unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edrak's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Edrak for the relevant services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
  17. IndemnityYou agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Edrak, its affiliates, and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or relating to:
    • your misuse of the services
    • your violation of these Terms or applicable law
    • your Input
    • your use of Output in a way that causes harm, violates law, or infringes third-party rights
  18. Governing law and jurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  19. Changes to these TermsEdrak may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, product functionality, or business practices.When Edrak does, it will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  20. Entire agreementThese Terms, together with any policies and additional terms they reference, form the entire agreement between you and Edrak with respect to your use of the services, unless a separate enterprise or commercial agreement applies.
